«Kazykurt-Yug» LLP is the legal successor of the branch of the “Joint Stock Company ‘National Company ‘Kazakhstan Temir Zholy’” – “Kazy-Kurt Washing and Steaming Station.”

The Partnership was established on April 1, 2007, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 1998 No. 220–1 “On Partnerships with Limited and Additional Liability,” by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Company “National Company ‘Kazakhstan Temir Zholy’” and pursuant to Order No. 24-Ц of January 8, 2007, of the President of JSC NC “KTZ.”

Pursuant to the act of transfer between JSC “NC KTZ” and JSC “Kaztemirtrans” dated May 30, 2012, and on the basis of the letter No. NP-1862 of June 13, 2012, signed by Vice President for Economics and Finance of JSC “Kaztemirtrans” S. Elyubaev, starting from June 2012 until November 2014, the Partnership was a subsidiary of JSC “Kaztemirtrans.” Since November 2014, the Partnership has been a subsidiary of LLP “Petroleum.”
